Project delivery
A controlled HRDD project connects evidence requests, stakeholder perspectives, human review, corrective action, and verifiable follow-up without exposing project information on the public website.

Controlled pathway
The public page explains the method only. Project names, organizations, progress, evidence, reports, and users remain inside the protected portal.
Confirm scope, roles, safeguards, timetable, and information boundaries.
Issue structured data requests and maintain attributable version records.
Triangulate records, stakeholder input, counter-evidence, and limitations.
Assign prevention, mitigation, remedy, ownership, budget, and evidence.
Verify implementation, preserve unresolved issues, and hand over records.
Baseline preparation
An initial request normally starts with organization, site, process, workforce and contractor information so the assessment team can confirm boundaries and design an independent sample.
Data protection
Sensitive personal records should not be sent through ordinary channels. Identity documents, bank details, medical information, complete grievance files and identifiable interview records require separately approved safeguards or controlled on-site review.
Access boundary
Portal accounts and project permissions are configured by authorized ESG Cooperation Hub staff. Each user sees only projects assigned to their account.
Authorized users
Use the username and password issued for your HRDD project. Contact the project administrator if access has not been assigned.
